"Good shows, but way too many ads lol"
Paramount+ definitely has some good stuff to watch, but the ads get annoying lol. They pop up a lot, and sometimes it feels like the same ad plays over and over again. I don’t mind a few ads here and there, but for a paid service, it feels like too much and makes watching kind of slow and frustrating

I mostly use paramountplus.com to watch live soccer and NFL games, it’s been solid. The streams usually load quickly, which is nice because apparently finding a reliable place to watch a game shouldn’t have to feel like a part-time job.

I did have one little buffering moment during a match, because of course it happened right when things got interesting, but it fixed itself fast. For the price, I’m happy enough with it and still end up using it every weekend.

"Account access is kind of hit or miss"
I usually use Paramount+ on my laptop or my phone, and when it’s working, it’s straightforward. I log in, my profile comes up, and that part is all fine.
Every now and then though, it does this random thing where it signs me out, and then my password suddenly doesn’t work right away. I had to reset it once, even though I’m sure I was typing the right one.
It’s not the worst or anything, just one of those little annoying things. I can still get into my account most of the time, but the whole login/access side of it could be smoother

"It just keeps buffering on me"
Every night I try to sit down and watch something, and of course it starts freezing or buffering right when I’m actually getting into the show. It feels like I’m the one stuck dealing with this over and over while it never gets fixed. i’m just tired of fighting with it at this point.

"Using this app feels like a battle"
Paramountplus.com drives me up the wall. The interface feels like a total maze, the menus are all over the place, and the search makes finding anything way harder than it should be. I swear it takes an epic quest just to get back to the show I was already watching. For something I’m paying for every month, it’s ridiculously frustrating.

"Wish I’d read the reviews before subscribing"
I signed up for Paramount+ thinking it would be simple to use, but the subtitles have been a headache. They’re either out of sync, missing completely, or taking up way too much of the screen. There also aren’t enough settings to really fix how they look or where they sit, which gets frustrating fast.
The audio options weren’t much better. I tried switching languages on a show and the option was either not available or it would just switch back on its own. for something I’m paying for, it feels sloppy. I wish I had read the reviews first because I probably would’ve skipped it. I ended up cancelling because it was more annoying than enjoyable.

"Good originals, but not the best overall value"
I’ve enjoyed a few of the original shows, and some of them are definitely worth watching. That said, the movie selection feels limited, so it’s hard to feel like you’re getting the best value if you’re mainly looking for films.

"The originals all feel underwhelming"
I mainly signed up for the exclusive originals, but most of them feel average. It’s like every platform says they have must-watch shows now, and then half of it ends up being nothing special. The app itself works fine enough, but there just wasn’t enough new stuff to make me want to keep paying for it

I was able to find most of the shows I wanted quickly, so that part was fine. But the discovery rows kept showing me the same stuff over and over, which got old fast. It’s not terrible, but it definitely made the app feel less useful than it should.

"Billing was simple, and cancelling was not too bad"
I had Paramount+ for a few months, and the billing was easy to understand. I did not see any random extra charges or anything like that. I cancelled last week because I just was not using it much anymore, and it only took a couple clicks in my account. The cancel button could definitely be easier to spot, but once I found it, everything worked fine.

"Honestly, support helped me get back into my account"
I had trouble logging into my Paramount+ account after changing my password. support took a little while to get back to me, but once they did, they were actually helpful and got everything sorted out. It wasn’t perfect, but overall it was a good experience.

"Harassing me as we speak"

This is the worst subscription service that has ever existed, non-stop assaulting you with forced ads, promotions, and commercials. I just tried this service and am immediately ending it. I've been harassed with constant ads and interruptions, completely unacceptable for a service people pay for. Anyone can watch it on TV with less hassle. What an embarrassment of a service.

"Feels worth it for how I use it"
For me, the price feels reasonable for what I’m getting. I mostly use it to keep up with a few shows and watch the occasional movie, so it fits my needs without feeling like I’m overpaying. The app does get a little slow here and there, which can be annoying, but overall I still think it’s a decent value.

The app keeps freezing on me and buffering way too much. It’s hard to describe exactly, but it just feels really slow and frustrating to use.

"Works When It Wants To"
Paramount+ is one of the most frustrating streaming apps I use. My internet is totally fine with everything else, but this app will randomly buffer, drop the picture quality, or go blurry right in the middle of a show.

It feels like it only works when it wants to. Sometimes it freezes completely and I have to close the app and start over just to finish an episode. For something I’m paying for, it’s annoying.

"Works on all my stuff"
I’ve been using Paramount+ on my phone, my Roku, and my laptop. So far, smooth. I switch between them a lot, and nothing weird has happened yet. No random glitches or login issues. It just works, which is all I wanted.
