"I have error 6040 which allows the…"
I have error 6040 which allows the thumbnails to load but will not allow the program to play. Every month I get an email stating the technicians are working on it. I bought a fire stick just to watch Paramount +. It pixelates a lot and the video quality isn't that good but at least I can watch it. This is about 6 months now. Peacock, freevue, Tubi, Amazon, Pluto aps all play fine just not Paramount +. I will not renew when my time is up. They did send me things to try one time and nothing works. During My free period, it didn't work at all and I told them but nothing happened.

"The app is very slow loading"
The app is very slow loading , then when it does load it flicks before you can proceed to any selection, it also boots out of the app at least 2 times before loading, I think this app and the Peacock app are in competition for the worst app .. I have other apps installed and do not have any problems with them , only Paramount + n Peacock. Also I have Uninstaller n reinstalled with same results.

"Be careful when signing they don't honour the free month trial"
Just recently signed up with paramount plus and have to say it is the shortest off subscriptions I've had. I did not have it for a full month and it is still in my trail period, within 2weeks of having the subscription they have tried to go into my bank account and take the fee. They have being unable too they have tried to take it every day every morning. So be careful if you do sign up they do not honour the free trial

"Frozen App"
The app keeps freezing when trying to watch it on a flat screen television. It doesn't make sense to pay for something that keeps freezing up. I'm honestly considering canceling my subscription. I have other streaming apps and this one is the only streaming service that has this issue.

"Same freaking commercials over and over and..."
I have Walmart plus so it comes with it. I looked for a way to upgrade and you cannot. I am so tired of seeing the same commercials every show over and over and over and the commercials don't even pertain to me.

"Logging in is a nightmare"
Logging in is a nightmare. It is SO SLOW & LAGGING. It usually takes MULTIPLE attempts to finally get to the home page. USER EXPERIENCE SUCKS!!! This has been ongoing, but they apparently have no interest in fixing it. This is the ONLY streaming service I have continual problems with!

"Be weary of a month trial"
I was offered a month trial extension to my month trial, and it was not honored. I was charged a month earlier than I was told, and now I have to pay for something I never used. I was told that the policy does not allow for refunds and will therefore not honor the trial period I was offered. I will never use Paramount+ now on principal and will make sure to warn anyone who will listen to me to never sign up for their subscription or at least be weary if they ever offer anything because they do not keep their word. Literally the support agent, Jerome, admitted that I was offered a 2nd month, but even though I was charged early I could not receive a refund. This is deceptive and wrong. I'm furious.

"Why Paramount + is the worst!"
In a world of a million streaming services, Paramount + wins as THE WORST. For Premiere League fans, get ready for the equivalent streaming service of a potato. For those seeking to enjoy their movies and series, prepare yourself for the hideous UI for navigating between scenes and selections.

I find few experiences as horrendous as that with Paramount +. Every weekend I feel robbed when I am forced to watch the Premier League on the American Airlines of streaming services.

"These people are running a racket!"
These people are running a racket. I decided to cancel my Paramount Plus account yesterday because I was tired of all the technical issues and slow speeds.

However, I thought about it a bit deeper and realized I was unwilling to part with some of my favorite shows which are exclusively available on the app. So I attempted to resume my account.

After I resumed the account successfully on the web, I was no longer able to access the smart tv app. I tried every trick in the book to get the app up and running, including clearing the cache and restarting fire tv. NOTHING worked.

During the attempt I accidentally signed up for a second account believing I was signing in for the current account I had just resumed. I reached out to support to let them know that I wanted to cancel the new account and explained it was created by accident, while resuming the original account.

I also explained how I decided to cancel the service through the original account, changed my mind and resumed the account. I explained that although I was able to resume the original account and access it through the web and through Android but was unable to access the smart tv app at all.

Instead of merely explaining that all I needed to do was uninstall and re-install the app on my tv(which I discovered on my own through trial and error)the guy pretends he 'does not see any new account' I just signed up for and swore the old account 'never existed' although it did. If that's the case, what the hell have I been PAYING for all these months?

Long story short, I ended up cancelling the new account on Prime myself and the app reinstall granted me the right to re-activate my old account through the web, which I did promptly.

Basically, the customer service guy was attempting to have me paying for both accounts without my knowledge. I was not born last night and I cannot be played SIR! He ended up playing himself. They'll be lucky if I keep this service at all knowing how desperately shady them and their staff are! NEVER AGAIN!!!

"Same problem as usual"
Same problem as usual, when viewing different shows it’s always stopping and never plays the show all the way through. I’m about to stop my subscription because of this.
